From every part of the air

We care about the quality of our hair dryers. That's why we pay attention to every detail of every component that makes up the perfect hair dryer.

Self-developed drive modules

We use drivers that are mandatorily certified by each country, and each component must be properly placed and soldered to keep the product operating at a specific maximum wattage, correct temperature, and correct power factor.

High-speed motors

Blower manufacturing requires expertise and care. From painting to check for the correct color, checking the location of the main board to motor lead splicing, we follow detailed criteria for each inspection step so that we can rule out any defective blowers 100% of the time.

Mold Carving

The appearance of the hair dryer is the first impression, we will never let go of any tiny defects, whether it is a burr in the casting or injection molding process, uneven plating of the aluminum layer, size or specification deviation, we will never allow the appearance of any piece of defective products, and will never allow defective products to enter the next process.

Sample Testing:
Ensuring quality in mass production

Samples are the bridge between quality components and quality mass production. At APOWER, our unique approach is to repeatedly test samples under the most demanding conditions to ensure that all components are working properly and that performance is assured.Once a sample passes the test, the QC team is responsible for documenting its specifications and providing a BOM sheet for the mass production program.

Functional testing:
Obtaining accurate parameters

In order to ensure that our samples meet your requirements, we use various specialized equipment to test the functionality of the samples and provide a test report which clearly lists all the specifications:

Product voltage, frequency, overall power

Hot and cold air pressure, hot and cold air power and noise

Ion concentration, air temperature of different nozzle types

Heating wire power, brushless motor power

Electronic performance testing:
for security applications

Voltage frequency hopping immunity test

Simulate the use of different environments with different sizes of voltage generators to test whether the hair dryer can be used normally and overload protection.

Shell tolerance test

Test the extreme melting point of the inner shell material by raising the temperature of the heating wire of the hair dryer sample and adjusting the ratio of fireproofing material of the shell material.

Electrical parameter test

Connect the product to DC power to obtain accurate electrical parameters, including power supply efficiency, voltage, current, watts, power factor, and more.

Drop and vibration test

Drop the lamp from 1m above the ground and place it on a vibrating rack to test whether it can withstand the impact and still function properly.

Assembly control and rigorous inspection

Correct assembly allows the blowers to function properly and ensures the safety of the end user, APOWER pays special attention to the assembly process and regulates every operation of the workers.
