The air mini-appliance driver is a separate core component that determines the product's various functional parameters, temperatures in different modes, operating voltages, and more critical specifications.APOWER designs, builds, and tests your LED drivers in-house so that we can ensure consistent quality and performance of your LED lights.

Air Appliance Drivers are manufactured with the utmost care, requiring our workers to place and connect all components together as designed. Upon completion, functional testing is required to ensure that the hair dryer driver is functioning properly.

APOWER has an independent R&D and production division for high-speed motors, and has mastered "high-precision rotor design" in the core motor production process.

APOWER has an independent R&D and production division that controls the entire process from "design of high-precision rotor", "manufacturing and thermal management of stator winding", "design and installation of bearing system" to "dynamic balance and vibration control" of the motor, which has solved the core challenges of high-speed motors - material strength, heat dissipation efficiency, support stabilization and vibration suppression, and ensured the key technical points for efficient and reliable operation of the motors.

APOWER has partnered with leading tooling design organizations based on an in-depth analysis of manufacturing flexibility.

The design of hair dryer housings has been brought to life. The molding process is efficient and safe through well-designed molds.

APOWER uses state-of-the-art CNC machines and water jet cutters to produce high-precision molds with tight tolerances within 0.01 mm, resulting in perfectly molded design housings.

Injection molding (plastic casing)

We buy plastic pellets from Thailand to ensure the best plastic properties at the best price.

APOWER uses top-of-the-line injection molding machine YIZUMI to make the injection process reliable and precise.

Manufacture of high-speed blowers

Assembly of all components

Once the drives, motors and housings were ready, it was off to the assembly shop to put all the pieces together.

APOWER follows a standardized assembly process and provides a BOM sheet for each model indicating the proper method and standards for assembling the blowers.

All workers must follow the BOM sheet to complete the assembly work.

Testing and Packaging

Assembled products should be 220V voltage for 40 minutes aging test, qualified before sent to the packaging line to beat the box
